Dear FloorOffice customers,

Next to the continuous development and improvement of the FloorOffice software, we are also making big efforts to keep innovating our helpdesk- and support system.

Therefore we advise you to use the "support request" functionality in the software for submitting all your support questions. For AutoFloor users the function is available by clicking on the following button:



In the next release of AutoFloor, the icon will change as displayed here below.



FloorDesk users can send their support requests by selecting "Contact help desk" in the menu Help of the toolbar:



These requests can be handled with even more efficiency and higher priority.
